环境、社会和公司治理（ESG）架构一直是阿尔卡特朗讯企业通信标准业务流程的一部分，深扎于企业政策和既有流程中。
ESG架构确保我们始终采取负责任的行为，遵守劳动、健康和安全、反贿赂和反腐败、道德以及环境方面所有国家和地方的法律法规。
许多ESG优先事项在ALE行为准则中得以体现，这是我们商业道德、诚信和ESG合规承诺的基石。
自2019年加入联合国全球契约组织（UNGC）以来，我们公开承诺对UNGC十项原则的坚守，并在实现ESG目标方面取得了稳步进展。
2023年，我们的全球营收和运营办公室将企业社会责任（CSR）计划正式推进为ESG计划。
新的ESG架构和策略体现了我们实现可持续发展目标的优先级，为满足未来出台的欧盟法规做好了充足的准备，并与我们的客户进行合作，实现科技至善。
该承诺体现了我们对环境、社会、公司治理因素的关注，实现运营中的ESG治理，并强调了我们坚持的ESG价值观和对ESG实践的承诺。
